HEATING AND COOLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Microwave for warm therapy:

• Place the weighted back protector in the microwave.

• Heat for 1 minute in 30-second increments.

• Check the temperature for desired warmth.

• Gently shift the filling from side to side for

even distribution.

 

WARNING: Do not overheat!

Use Freezer for cold therapy:

• Place the weighted back protector in a

sealed plastic bag

• Freeze the weighted back protector for 1 to 2 hours

USE:

Once the protector is heated or chilled, it is ready to apply.

Place the unit over your shoulders and raise the collar around the back of your neck.

Lie down and relax as the weighted back protector (Hot or cold) soothes you.

The back protector stays in place while laying down.

HELPFUL HINT:

It is best to keep good posture while using the product.
